Exchange & Refund Policy
You may return products to us within 28 days of receipt provided they are unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Before returning items please inform our Customer Services Department by email or post quoting your order reference number and stating your preference for either a replacement item or a refund. England Once the good have been received and checked we will refund the original price via your credit/debit card. Please note that it takes upto 14 days to process a refund. We are unable to refund any postage and packing costs unless the goods are damaged or faulty. Damaged or faulty goods You must inform us within 24 hrs of receipt if an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
